We tried getting ahold of Thrifty for 3 days to complain about the car, sometimes waiting on hold for an hour and a half at a time, before we were finally able to reach a representative who could help us. It was very worrisome given that we were driving through mountainous regions and the terrain was very steep. Cons:We were given a car that made a terrible grinding noise when the brakes were applied.
